Every single day, in one way or the other, we make a start. And we
stumbled somewhere along the way. And then we step up, and we learn. We learn
what made us stumble, we learn how to not stumble again. We learn to smile. And
then we take the next step forward.

It is a warm summer’s day here. So warm welcome to you, our
brilliant listeners. There are a few phrases I’m going to put in front of you
today. And we’re going to talk a little bit about it. Money makes the world go
round. Love makes the world go round. Our loved one makes the world go around.
How many times have we heard people say this? How many times have we actually
said this? Many times, I’m sure I have. And hearing some of the stories that we
have brought to you through this podcast over the past few months, several
months, actually, a brand-new scenario came forward for me a new picture, a new
thread of conversation came through for me. And a new phrase occurred to me
which we very, very rarely use. And that phrases you Yes, you who’s listening
to this podcast, you make the world go round. Because it is you who stepped up
and took action, you step up every day, to change something in the world around
you. And you go to bed, knowing that you’ve made a difference in somebody’s
life. Sometimes, you know, you made a difference sometimes, without even
realizing everything that we do touches somebody’s life in some beautiful way.
Even as simple as you smiling at someone on the way somewhere, smiling at this
unknown stranger passing you by on the street, you make the world go round. So
these stories that came forward from these amazing entrepreneurs who generously
shared their stories with us their successes with us. So, what is the common
thread that came through for me, no matter what you do in life, whether you’re
an entrepreneur running a business, whether you’re developing a product, you’re
a student, you’re a stay-at-home parent, whatever role you play in life, there
are a few things that are common threads over here. There are successes,
absolutely. There are learning curves, some steeper than the others, some tough
situations, some dark times, and our own ways, our own strategies, our own
mechanisms in coping with each of these phases. Yes, each of these phases,
whether you cope with success, or the learning curves, the tough situations or
the dark times, we all have coping strategies for each of these phases. And how
you go into the next phase actually depends on how you cope with the situation
that you are in right now. All these entrepreneurs who shared the stories, went
through all these situations. And we all do every day. The one thing that we
don’t do every day is give ourselves credit for it. Every single day, we step
out of our comfort zone in one way or the other. Even if we fail, we don’t we do
something without even realizing that we may not have done before. Starting
today, make a note of that one. One thing that you may have done differently,
that helps you step outside your comfort zone. Because every single day, in one
way or the other, we make a start. And we stumbled somewhere along the way. And
then we step up and we learn. We learn what made us stumble, we learn how to
not stumble again. We learn to smile, and then we take the next step forward.
So, pick the one that really resonates with you so far. And make a note of it
because I’d like to hear that. And why I say you make the world go round. My
philosophy of life is, the belief in ourselves is what makes the world go
round. Because every single day, we get up with the absolute belief that we’re
going to wake up. And we’re going to go through the day, make it a success,
whatever success means to us. We work through the day with absolute grit,
determination. Knowing that as humans, we have immense resourcefulness inside
all of us when our backs are against the wall, or when, remember that comfort
zone I talked about? When we got to step outside that comfort zone, we actually
already have the answers, because we are resourceful, we are human beings. So,
I believe that we all possess that resourcefulness. It’s only a matter of time,
and a matter of being aware of that and bringing it to the fore. And along with
that, knowing that everything is a phase, every phase tells you one thing that
everything is possible. Yes, everything that you want in the world. To be a
reality is possible. Because the answers are in you. Believing in yourself is
how I deal with life, to believing in myself. And one way that I choose to
allow that to manifest in is by smiling and saying these words, today is going
to be exactly how I want it to be. Smiling does something to our brains,
smiling and saying today is exactly how I want the world to be and my day to
be. And it usually turns out like that. So, pick one that resonates with you.
Tell us how you cope with a phase. Tell us what is your mantra that you say to
yourself and find something like for me is smiling. Find something that almost
10 x’s, that feeling. And do that every single day when you wake up. The other
thing that by now, you our regular listeners have already heard me and Evan say
this several times over. It’s a quote from Winnie the Pooh. What day is it?
away? It’s today. Hi, it’s my favorite day, every single day is your favorite
day indeed. And that’s exactly what all these entrepreneurs who came and share
their stories this year, have shown us that every day is exactly what they
wanted it to be. And they continue to make that the mantra of their life.
Believing that everything is possible. Today, I invite you to keep daring, keep
growing. And continue listening to our stories that we bring because starting
next month, we’re going to be bringing you engaging and thought-provoking
conversations. More conversations like this more conversations to empower you,
the human being behind the business. So have a wonderful rest of the day and
the rest of the year. Because smile, and the day and the year will be exactly
what you want it to be.
